EU2018 E-support prospectus

Since EU’s inception in 2002, more than 3,500 endocrine fellows, representing 130 programs across the country, have benefited from this premier educational opportunity. This constitutes approximately half of the currently practicing endocrinologists. EU has become one of the most broadly recognized and sought after endocrine educational programs and is considered a must for attending by fellows. Average Endocrine University® Attendance: 265


Support for CME Activities

The primary purpose of ACE Endocrine University® is education. As such, a broad array of accredited educational sessions, developed by respected thought leaders in the field of endocrinology are offered as part of the meeting. Educational grant support is being sought for the following disease state modules:

Thyroid/ Diabetes/Insulin Management
Osteoporosis/Metabolic Bone Disease Diabetes Technology
Cushings Cushing syndrome
Lipids Obesity Medicine
Lipodystrophy Practice Management
Endocrine Lab & Genetic Testing Pituitary/Adrenal
Transgender Medicine Reproductive


Exhibiting:  ($1250, multiple opportunities per therapeutic area)

Tabletop exhibit space will be available to companies based on the programming days that are relevant to their products.

Exhibit times will be during the breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks and lunches (if applicable).  Exhibit space will be in the pre-function area, located outside the General Session meeting room. 

Diabetes Technology Expo and Reception   ($2500, multiple opportunities)

A Diabetes Technology Expo and Reception will be held immediately following the Diabetes Module program on Monday March 5, 2018.  Fellows will be able to review and have hands-on exposure to technologies pertinent to endocrine/diabetes care and endocrine teaching.  Companies will be provided with two tabletops for display.

Welcome Reception  ($15,000  for full support or $7500, 2 opportunities)

Reception held for all attendees and endocrinology faculty from Mayo Clinic. Estimated attendance 275+

Roundtable Dinner Program    ($10,000, 1 opportunity)

A dinner program designed to expose fellows to many topics in endocrinology.  This non-CME program will have more than 20 faculty conducting informal roundtable discussions on the following topics:

Nutrition, Acromegaly, Recurrent Thyroid Cancer: Role of Surgery; Bariatric Surgery Cases, Tough Hyperlipidemia Cases, Insulinoma, PCOS, Bone/Calcium cases, Thyroid Cancer, Adrenal Tumors, Reproductive Endocrinology, Robotic Surgery, Parathyroid (Hyper/Hypo), Diabetes Technology and CGM; Inpatient Diabetes Management; Lipodystrophy for the Endocrinologist

Game Show Night and Dinner Program  ($12,500  for full support)

This non-CME interactive program is presented in a game show format with contestants answering questions on endocrine disease states. 

Hotel Key Cards    ($3500, 2 sided cards or $5000, 2 sided cards with printed sleeves)

Provided to all meeting attendees and will include company logo/message on both sides. Key cards sleeves optional.

All Supporters of Endocrine University will be acknowledged with onsite signage, in printed materials and verbally as appropriate during and after the program
