Below are resources and answers to frequently asked questions about the new website. Click on each question to expand the answer. If you don't see the answer to your question, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

The new AACE.com is proud to offer a streamlined and improved login experience. Just one username and password unlocks your entire AACE experience, including your member profile and Online Learning.

Returning Users (Users with existing AACE accounts): If this is your first time logging into our new website, follow these steps to re-activate your account.

  1. Navigate to the log in page by clicking the "Login" link in the upper right.

  1. Click "Forgot your password?" link.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your AACE account and click "Reset Your Password".

  1. Check your email inbox for instructions on resetting your password.

New Users: Apply to become an AACE member, or create a free account:

  1. Navigate to the log in page by clicking the "Login" link in the upper right.

  1. Click "Don’t have an account?" link.

  1. Follow the onscreen instructions to create a free account.

  1. Login to the website using the instructions above.

  1. After logging in, click on the downward arrow next to your name on the upper right.

  1. Click "Change Password".

  1. Click "Edit My Profile".

  1. Click "Education" in the navigation menu.

  1. Select "In-Person Education" from the dropdown menu. The filters can be used on the left to narrow courses to topic.

  1. Click the red "View Details" button under a course to learn more or register.

  1. Follow the links to register.

  1. Select "Online Education" from the dropdown menu. The filters can be used on the left to narrow courses to topic.

Online Learning offerings will stay the same. How you purchase and how you access courses is changing.

To purchase an Online Learning course:

  1. See the instructions on "How do I register for Online Learning courses?".

To access and launch an Online Learning course you’ve purchased:

  1. Log in to your account on the website.

  1. Click on the downward arrow next to your name on the upper right, after you login, and select "My Dashboard."

  1. Scroll down to "My Learning Activities" in the lower left. Clicking on that link will take you to your activities.

  1. Click the course you wish to launch.

When I access my "My Learning Activities", I no longer see courses I purchased in the past. How do I access them?

It is possible that you had two different accounts in our old system. Email education@aace.com or contact us for assistance.

  1. Login to the website using the instructions above.

  1. After logging in, click on the downward arrow next to your name on the upper right.

  2. Select "My Dashboard"

Navigate "My Dashboard" by using the tabs along the left side of the screen. These include:

  • "Edit My Profile" – Update your personal information, affiliations, and password.
  • "Change Password" – Change or reset your password. (see How do I change/reset my password?)
  • "Open Invoices" – See your unpaid invoices.
  • "My Registrations" – View your registrations for live courses, online events, and webinars.
  • "Subscriptions" – View and manage your Endocrine Practice subscription.
  • "Donate Now" – Donate to the AACE cause of your choice.
  • "My Learning Activities" - View and launch online education and see CME transcript.

The Resource Centers have been retired. Content from all old Resource Centers has been merged into the new "Disease State Resources" section of AACE.com.

You can either search for exactly what you need, or browse through the complete tools and resources.

To search:

  1. Click "Disease State Resources" in the navigation menu.

  1. Select "Search Resources".

  1. Check back frequently for new information.

To browse:

  1. Click "Disease State Resources" in the navigation menu.

  1. Select the disease state from the drop down list.

  1. You’ll find an overview page for each disease state, along with complete tools and resources, including:
  1. Check back frequently for new information.

Specialized search filters appear on the left side of the "Disease State Resource" section screens. These checkboxes will focus your results by disease state and resource type. To use them, check as many of the boxes that apply and click "Submit".
