AACE's goal each January is to heighten public awareness about thyroid disease and its far reaching effects on normal metabolism. Thyroid Disease is indeed a hidden disease.
This year AACE is educating Americans about the pivotal times, from birth to advanced age, when people are at increased risk for developing a thyroid disorder.
