Endocrine University® 2008 FACTS

March 8-13, 2008

Mayo Clinic - Rochester, MN

Nomination Forms:
All Program Directors and all AACE Fellow Members will receive nomination forms by September 15, 2007. The deadline to return nominations will be included on the form. More than one fellow can be nominated from a program. However, acceptance of all fellows cannot be guaranteed due to budgetary and space limitations.

Registration Fee Information:
The registration fee for each fellow is $250. ACE provides each fellow with hotel accommodations for the entire week (single occupancy) as well as a $450 travel grant (made payable to the program) to assist with air and ground transportation and any meals not included in the program.

Attendance Requirements:

• The course is open only to FINAL year fellows-in-training
• Fellows must be nominated by their program chairs
• Fellows must be a member of AACE by September 1, 2007
