Endocrine University®

The American College of Endocrinology's (ACE) commitment to enhance and expand the educational experiences for endocrine fellows-in-training

Since 2002, over 1,450 endocrine fellows, representing more than 130 programs across the country, have attended the course, which is held at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

The curriculum is specially designed to help prepare final year fellows for entering clinical practice by enhancing their exposure to the following key areas of clinical endocrinology:

  • Endocrine Neck Ultrasound and UGFNA (2 days)
  • Bone Density Measurement Certification (2 days)
  • Endocrine Laboratory and Genetic Testing (1/2 day)
  • Insulin Pump and Sensor Hands-on Instruction (1/2 day)
  • Practice Management Issues (1/2 day)
  • Meet the Expert / Clinical Research Sessions (1/2 day)

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • The course is open only to FINAL year fellows in training
  • Fellows must be nominated by their program chairs
  • Fellows MUST be a member of AACE

Endocrine University® 2011 Facts

Endocrine University 2011® will be held March 5-10, 2011 in Rochester MN.

Information letters for EU 2011 has been sent to all Endocrine Program Directors according to current ACGME listing and all AACE member Final Year Fellows as of June 30, 2010.

Fellows in Training must be a member of AACE by September 1, 2010 to be considered eligible for EU 2011.

Nominations forms are due September 21, 2010.

Endocrine University® 2010 FACTS

Endocrine University® 2010 was held March 6-11, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

This year's course was once again filled to capacity with a record number of 232 fellows, representing over 120 programs.
