Exhibit booth assignments will be confirmed via letters at the end of January. Housing and other pertinent information will be included with this mailing.

Exhibitor housing is now available. Please click on the exhibitor housing reservations button below to make individual reservations (9 or less). If you need 10 or more rooms, you will need to obtain an agreement with the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel by calling 1-800-227-1500 or 407-934-4000. You can also e-mail Nadia Rodriguez at nrodriguez@swandolphin.com The cut-off for reservations is April 2, 2008, however, there is no guarantee that there will be rooms available before or after this date.


Exhibitor Badge Registration
(please DO NOT e-mail a list of your badge names as stated previously in the exhibitor prospectus)

  1. Click on the QMS Services Link and enter the booth number listed in the AACE confirmation letter.
  2. Upon entering the booth #, add the company personnel (you can make changes at any time prior to March 14, 2008). Badges will be received on-site at the exhibitor registration.
  3. Towards the end of the registration process, you will be asked to sign up for lead retrieval rentals.*

* AACE CAP Members will receive 2 lead retrieval machines at no charge.  Each company is responsible for ordering these 2 machines when they are on the dedicated website.
