AACE Meetings
In addition to our Annual Meeting, AACE also offers a variety of smaller educational meetings throughout the year to help our members maintain and enhance their practice.

Endocrine Coding Courses
Physicians are increasingly aware of the need to obtain practice management skills, or employ those with equal or expert qualifications, that will assist them in achieving optimal reimbursement for medical services provided to their patients. The AACE Introduction to Coding Course and The AACE Certified Endocrine Coder (CEC) credentialing program has been designed to assist clinical endocrinologists in maintaining the highest level of professional coding and billing integrity in order to directly address these issues.

Consensus Conferences
AACE and ACE conduct consensus conferences to bring together key experts and thought leaders on particular endocrine topics to review data and research to ultimately develop a consensus statement. Consensus statements examine several issues that are addressed in order to provide physicians information to guide them in treating their patients.
Endocrine University®
ACE Endocrine University® is held once a year and is open only to final year fellows-in-training. The course is held at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and provides fellows with a six-day curriculum which covers lab certification, thyroid ultrasound certification, bone density certification, practice management topics, and insulin management information. Other than the registration fee, the costs incurred by the fellows is minimal, as ACE provides each fellow with hotel accommodations as well as a travel grant to assist with their air and ground transportation.
