Tribute Gifts
We all have people and events of particular importance in our lives. You can make a contribution to the American College of Endocrinology (the College) in memory of a family member, friend, an individual, or in recognition of a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, holiday, marriage, retirement, new job, promotion, or other significant event that calls for a unique recognition.
Make a contribution to the College and give two gifts. While you are helping the College to fulfill its mission, you are also sending a loved one a gift. Gifts to the College are gratefully accepted and acknowledged. With a minimum donation of $25, the College will send a personalized card to the individual or family in whose memory or honor the gift is made. The amount of your gift will be kept strictly confidential. Tribute gifts can be made anytime throughout the year and are tax-deductible.
Types of Tribute Gifts
A "gift in memory" is a meaningful tribute to a relative, friend or colleague who has passed. A memorial gift expresses what words alone cannot, while celebrating life and providing a special testimony to the memory of a loved one well into the future.
Give a "gift in honor" of a living person for a milestone occasion such as a graduation, promotion, birth of a child, birthday, retirement, anniversary, or any other special occasion. Gifts in-honor are a wonderful way to express your gratitude and is the perfect way to give something to “someone who has everything” while recognizing their character and achievements with affection and respect.
Pay tribute to a special someone and at the same time, help the College to raise awareness of endocrine diseases for the improvement of patient care and public health.
