AACE 2008 Legislative Priorities
That AACE adopt the following top legislative priorities for 2008 in the following order:
- Repeal the Medicare Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) Formula Used for Determining Medicare Physician Payment and Replace it with an Annual Update System that Reflects Increases in Physician Practice Costs.
- Protect Patient Access to Endocrine Office-Based Imaging Services.
